Ingredients:
Glaze:
½ c brown sugar
½ c water
¼ c balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Pork:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ½ tp ground sages
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 (1 1/2 pound) pork tenderloins
1 tbsp olive oil, or as needed
Directions:
Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove and add the water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Stir until well mixed.
Step 2: Turn the heat to medium and cook for about 4 minutes or until the texture becomes thick, then remove from the heat.
Step 3: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 4: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking sheet.
Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and sage. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Run each pork tenderloin with the mixture.
Step 7: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 8: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 9: Add the tenderloins and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
Step 10: Remove from the heat and transfer the tenderloins into the prepared baking sheet.
Step 11: Brush the top of each tenderloin with the glaze.
Step 12: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, then flip the tenderloins and brush the other side with the glaze.
Step 13: Bake for another 20 minutes or until done.
Step 14: Remove from the oven and transfer the tenderloins onto a clean serving plate and allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Step 15: Drizzle more glaze over the tenderloins.
Step 16: Serve and enjoy!
