8 ounces cream cheese
1 c cottage cheese

¼ c sour cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons gelatin
Ganache Ingredients:
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
4 ounces heavy cream
6 tablespoons Joy Filled Eats Sweetener
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients to the cookie dough. Stir until well combined.
Step 2: Add the chocolate chips and stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and press it on the bottom.
Step 4: Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese inside the food processor. Pulse until well mixed.
Step 5: Add the vanilla, sweetener, and sour cream. Pulse again until well blended, then sprinkle gelatin.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture over the cheesecake mixture and spread it evenly.
Step 7: In a microwavable bowl, add the cream, then place it inside the microwave. Heat until bubbly.
Step 8: Add the chocolate and stir until well mixed and melted completely.
