This easy crockpot creamed corn recipe is a much-loved party side dish. Everyone loved it at my Thanksgiving dinner. I did use two packages of frozen corn. I melted the cream cheese and butter together then added to the crockpot. This was very easy and good.

To make this Easy Crockpot Creamed Corn, You’ll need the following Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 (16 ounces) packages frozen corn kernels
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
P.S. If you don’t have frozen corn so add 3 drained cans of regular corn instead and you’re good! 🙂
