Pork Tenderloin cooked slowly and finished in the best glaze. It’s the best and worth the extra step, melt-in-your-mouth. You know how we like simple, slow cooker recipes now, probably. One of our favorites is brown sugar and balsamic pork loin. The slow cuisine makes the meat tender, and the sweet yet sour glaze is the perfect finish. It is suitable to dine on Sunday or to please the mother-in-law. Each one of us owns this when you are in the market for a new slow cooker. It’s easy, but it never goes wrong. It is one of those recipes you’ve got to try. You throw it into the crockpot and let the magic work.
Ingredients:
2 pounds Pork tenderloin
1 tsp ground sage
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
(1) clove garlic; crushed
½ cup Water
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup Water
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions:
Add and mix the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic seasonings.
Clean the tenderloin and put the tenderloin in a slow cooker for 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, afterward.
Add and mix the ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan (sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, balsamic, and water) one hour before the roast is complete.
Cook the mixture over medium temperature and stir until it thickens for about 5 minutes. During the last cooking hour, brush the roast with glaze about three times. Take it out of the crockpot and place it underneath a
broiler for 3 minutes, for an even more caramelized crust. Repeat until you have desired the curst.
Tip:
It’s alright if you don’t have a crockpot, you can use a non-cost-iron pot with a lad. Delicious pork tenderloin is available within 4.5 hours. You can also turn the heat up at the very end if you want so that it can be a bit tight and crispy.
