It’s my absolute pleasure to share with you this spectacular recipe! As easy as one, two, and three! No need to cook! All you have to do is to mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and that’s it! This Homemade Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is my all-time favourite! With this very minimal set of ingredients, you will surely have the best salad ever! This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things and this is just one of them. This is one of the reasons why I love cooking. Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Ingredients:
1 box (12 ounces) small shell pasta
1 cup frozen English peas, thawed
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
1 small tomato, seeded and diced
12 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 package ranch dressing mix
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad. Toss everything until well mixed.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
