Ingredients:
2 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs divided
1 stick butter melted
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
2 8-oz containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 16-oz container of fresh strawberries, divided
Directions:
Step 1: Add melted butter and 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 2: Transfer the crust into a 9×13-inch glass dish and press it evenly on the bottom.
Step 3: Place it inside the freezer for about 15 minutes to chill.
Step 4: Add the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the mixture on top of the crust and spread it evenly.
Step 6: Reserve 5 strawberries for later use.
Step 7: Slice the rest of the strawberries and spread them over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 8: Spread the last can of whipped topping over the strawberries.
Step 9: Place it inside the fridge to chill for two hours to overnight.
Step 10: Place the reserved chopped strawberries on top as well as the crumbs.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to add sugar if you want a sweeter taste just make sure to measure it first.
