How to make Fresh Peach Fritters
Step 1: Whisk the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder using a wire whip.
Step 2: Beat in the eggs, milk, and butter.
Step 3: Then, fold in the peaches.
Step 4: In a fryer or pan, heat oil to 375 degrees F.
Step 5: Ladle around 1/4 -1/2 cup batter into the hot oil using a long-handled ladle. Cook the batter for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Cooking time varies depending on the size of the fritters.
Step 6: When done, take the fritters out of the oil using long-handled tongs. Transfer them onto paper towels or newspaper to drain quickly.
Step 7: In a bowl with sugar, place the fritters and coat them on each side. Alternately, you can glaze the top of the fritters.
