You can assemble this casserole. After you sprinkle the cheese and bacon on top, tightly tent the casserole using plastic wrap, then aluminum foil, and freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in the fridge and bake as directed.
Ingredients
8 slices bacon (cooked, and chopped)
16 ounces medium pasta noodles (cooked)
16 ounces Alfredo sauce
1 ounce Ranch Dressing Mix
3 c. cooked and shredded chicken
2 c. mozzarella cheese (separated)
1 c. cheddar cheese (separated)
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
½ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
How to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place the pasta in a large bowl along with the Alfredo sauce, salt and pepper, ranch seasoning, chicken, 1 c. cheese, and half of the bacon pieces. Mix well, then transfer everything into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. On top, sprinkle the rest of the cheese, followed by the remaining pieces of bacon.
Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the pasta is bubbly and heated through.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta right away. Enjoy!
