My mom just got her air fryer a few weeks ago, and she’s loving it! She has been eyeing my air fryer, so I bought her one just like mine. She already tried so many air fryers recipes, and none has failed her. She particularly enjoys this air fryer shrimp. My mom loves seafood, and she enjoys them alongside a simple side salad. This air fryer shrimp recipe is no puzzle. It’s so simple, easy, and quick to make using just pantry essentials.
The first thing you have to do is clean and shrimp. I recommend using medium or jumbo size shrimp for this recipe. Then, brush the whole shrimp with the seasoning mix. Layered them in the air fryer basket and set the shrimp to cook in less than eight minutes! Enjoy this air fryer shrimp with rice or pasta. You can also serve this as a taco filling with fresh veggie salsa. For a light meal, use this as a salad topping. For the leftovers, you can keep them in a container with a lid and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
