These heavenly treats will always have a special place in my heart! I remember my Grandma used to make these when we were little. Oh, man, you should have seen her work around the kitchen. She was a wizard! I am so glad that she taught me how to make this very easy recipe. I just tweaked it a little to make it more keto-friendly. I have listed all the basic ingredients so you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. Although, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
4 ounces butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 strawberries, chopped
1/4 c powdered erythritol (we use Swerve)
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter, chopped strawberries, softened cream cheese, and powdered erythritol. Beat until well combined.
Step 2: Form small balls out of the mixture.
Step 3: Arrange the balls onto a cookie sheet.
Step 4: Place them inside the freezer to chill until firm.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers inside the freezer.
