A three-ingredients dish that sure to keep you coming back for more! Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs slow cooked in Dr Pepper and perfectly baked to give you mouthwatering caramelized bbq ribs.
Super good you’ll lick your finger and plate! The sauce, though, it’s a killer! Super yummy, you’ll never stop eating until it’s all gone! My family’s most favourite dinner meal with some hash browns, cheesy cornbread biscuits, and sweet corn.
INGREDIENTS
4.5 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
2 cans Dr Pepper soda, divided
3/4 c. BBQ sauce (use your favourite, we love our Sweet Baby Ray’s
How to make Slow Cooker Dr Pepper Bbq Ribs
Step 1: In the bottom of the slow cooker, add the ribs, and pour on top a can of soda.
Step 2: Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it on low. Cook for 7 hours. Or on high for 4 hours.
Step 3: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 4: With foil, cover the cookie sheet and place a wire rack on top.
Step 5: In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup BB sauce with half a cup Dr Pepper soda.
Step 6: Take the ribs out of the slow cooker carefully. Place on the rack, then brush the tops with the sauce.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Flip the ribs and brush the other side with the sauce. Continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately with the remaining sauce.
