In under twenty minutes, these juicy steak bites are ready. Surely, this is a winning recipe. I pair these with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans for a complete meal. Feel free to add mushrooms, onion, peppers if you like but I love this dish as is. And what I adore best about these bites is I can serve these as an appetizer. Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye, or porterhouse- cut into bite-size cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 c. beef broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.
Step 2: In the meantime, with salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar, season the steak cubes.
Step 3: Once the oil is very hot, drop the steak cubes into the skillet in a single layer. If using a not large enough pan, cook the cubes of steak in batches.
Step 4: Cook the steak cubes in about 3 minutes, stirring as you cooked.
Step 5: When done, remove the bites from the heat.
Step 6: Add in the garlic, parsley and butter, and broth. Mix well.
Step 7: Cook for another 4 minutes over low heat, stirring.
Step 8: Serve hot. Enjoy!
