Ingredients:
2/3 c sweet BBQ sauce, divided
6 c apple juice
3 pounds baby back ribs, or pork loin ribs
¼ c apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons BBQ dry rub
1 tablespoon seasoning salt, (Johnny’s or Lawry’s)
½ teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
Directions:
Use paper towels to pat dry the ribs.
Rub each rib with the dry ingredients. Make sure to coat each well.
Add the apple juice, liquid smoke, 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, and vinegar into the Instant Pot. Stir until well blended.
Arrange the ribs into the Instant Pot.
Cover the pot and cook for about 25 minutes on a high setting.
Do a natural release for about 10 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and transfer them onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Brush the top of each rib with the rest of the BBQ sauce.
Put them inside the oven and broil for about 5 minutes on a high setting.
Remove from the oven and allow them to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Serve with BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
