Ingredients:
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
4 ounces cool whipped topping
1/2 container of Vanilla Ice cream or Yogurt
6 ounces out of a 14oz can sweeten condensed milk
1/2 c crushed almonds or pecans/walnuts
2 1/2 c crushed corn flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to low.
Step 2: Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Step 3: Add the corn flakes, sugar, and almonds. Stir and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4: Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Step 5: Add the ice cream, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and cool whip in a large bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 6: Transfer 1/2 of the mixture onto a pan and press it on the bottom.
Step 7: Spread the cream mixture over the crust.
Step 8: Top the cream mixture with the rest of the cornflake mixture.
Step 9: Place it inside the freezer for about 3 hours.
Step 10: Slice into small cuts.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
