Dense, firm, creamy Peanut Butter Fudge that melts in your mouth. A simple treat that you can throw together any time. My favourite since I was little until now.
Ingredients
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 ¼ c unsalted butter
1 ½ c creamy peanut butter
½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
How to make Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
Step 1: Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl with a fine-mesh strainer.
Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Add the butter and peanut butter, then allow it to melt. Whisk and cook for about 3 minutes or until well blended.
Step 4: Add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar.
Step 6: Transfer the butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Step 7: Line with plastic wrap an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Step 8: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Step 9: Wrap the baking pan and place it inside the fridge to chill for about 1 to 3 hours.
Step 10: Remove the cover and slice it into bite-size cubes.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!

Feel free to use fine salt in exchange for kosher salt.
