These meatballs will surely make your day extra special! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat!
Ingredients:
3 slices white bread crusts removed, diced
2/3 c cold water
1 pound lean ground beef 85/15 fat content
1 pound ground pork
1/4 c parmesan cheese shredded
1 large Egg
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add 2/3 cup of water and sliced bread. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Use a fork to mash the bread.
Step 3: In another mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Step 4: Add ground beef, parmesan cheese, ground pork, minced garlic, ground beef, parsley, salt, and pepper into the bowl with the bread. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Form meatballs out of the mixture, then arrange them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
To Cook the Meatballs:
Step 1: Place a non-stick pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 3: Add the meatballs and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until they turn brown.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
To Bake:
Step 1: Arrange the meatballs onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2: Place it inside the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Step 3: Broil for 3 more minutes.
