Ingredients:
2 box cornbread mix
1 pound ground beef
1 small can, chopped green chillies
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can(s) regular corn
1 can(s) creamed corn
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Step 1: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown.
Step 3: Add the taco seasoning and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the green chilis and stir until well mixed. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 5: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the cornbread on how to mix it.
Step 6: Add 1/2 of regular corn and 1/2 can of creamed corn. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Spread 1/2 of the mixture onto the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 8: Spread the meat mixture over the cornbread layer.
Step 9: Spread the rest of the can of corn and cream on top of the meat layer.
Step 10: Sprinkle a very generous amount of cheese over the last layer.
Step 11: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 12: Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake the cornbread casserole for about 40 minutes or until done.
Step 13: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 5 minutes.
Step 14: Slice it into small cuts.
Step 15: Serve warm and enjoy!

This casserole is best served with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes.
