Made from a box of brownie mix, these scrumptious buckeye brownies are the easiest and quickest treat you can reward yourself today. If you are a peanut butter lover, then, this is for you. These are so good I couldn’t get enough of these bad boys. Perfectly sweet, nutty, super moist, and soft pieces of lazy brownies. Why lazy? Again, because this is made out of a box of brownie mix. Feel free to use your own recipe to make the batter, but if you are feeling lazy like I do, a box of brownie mix works perfectly!

Ingredients:
19 1/2 ounces box brownie mix, and the ingredients it calls for
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoon butter
1 cup peanut butter
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Prepare the brownies. Refer the instructions provided on the package and place it into the prepared pan.
Step 3: Bake inside the oven. Remove and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 4: In a medium mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of butter. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Spread the frosting over the cake and place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 6: In a microwavable bowl, add 6 tablespoons of butter and chocolate chips. Place it inside the microwave and allow the chocolate to melt.
Step 7: Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cake. Put it back inside the fridge to chill for another 1 hour.
