Ingredients:
1 (0.7 ounces) packet of Italian Dressing Mix
½ c brown sugar
8 boneless pork chops
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar and Italian dressing. Whisk until well incorporated.
Brush the pork chops with the dressing mixture. Make sure to cover each completely.
Lay the coated pork chops onto the prepared baking pan. Make sure to leave a small space between each pork chop.
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Broil the pork chops for a minute or two or until the top caramelizes.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Reheat leftover pork chops for a few minutes before serving again.
