3 c cooked pasta 1.5 cups dry pasta

3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c Parmesan cheese optional

Meanwhile, slice the chicken breasts into small cuts. Slice the veggies as well.
Place a heavy-duty pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add 1 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the bell pepper and onion, then sauté until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Add the chicken, then cook until golden brown. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the marinara sauce, then stir until well blended. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to get the browned bits. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta, then add it to the pan. Toss until well coated by the ingredients.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top as well as your preferred herbs to garnish.

Note:
You can broil this in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese turns golden brown. I highly recommend this!
