Incredibly flavorful, super moist pork loin roast that’s cooked in butter for a couple of hours. Easily throw together a full meal with this easy recipe. Ingredients
8 tbsp butter
3 lbs. pork loin roast
3 lbs. red potatoes
3 tbsp ranch seasoning
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
How to make Crock Pot Ranch Pork Loin Roast and Potatoes
Step 1: Slice the potatoes into quarters, then dice the onions and mince the two garlic cloves. Place everything in a bowl.
Step 2: Combine the melted (4 tbsp) butter with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning.
Step 3: Over the potatoes, onions, and garlic, pour the ranch butter, and place into the bottom of the crockpot.
Step 4: In two tbsp ranch seasoning, coat the pork loin and place it inside the crockpot, fat-side down, and top with two minced garlic cloves and four tbsp butter.
Step 5: Set to cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or until the internal temperature of the pork reached 145 degrees and the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 6: When done, serve the ranch pork loin roast and potatoes right away. Enjoy!
