4 layers of delicious flavors! This Pizza Dip is the best out there, and guess what? You can make it in the comfort of your home! This is perfect as an appetizer or party food! The winner for me in this dip is the cheese and marinara sauce! They complement really well with each other which makes every bite amazing!
I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t try this recipe. Aside from the delicious taste, it is also very easy to make! In less than an hour, your life is about to change, but in a very good way!
Ingredients:
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped (or 1/4 c real bacon pieces)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp onion powder
14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
8 oz. finely shredded Italian cheese blend (divided)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 slices pepperoni
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning into the blender. Pulse until well blended and pureed. Transfer into a mixing bowl.
Add sour cream, 2 ounces of shredded cheese, and cream cheese into a separate mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Add the pizza sauce on top of the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Add the pepperoni and bacon over the cheese.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
Remove the 4-layer pizza dip from the oven.
Serve warm with Parmesan herb breadsticks. Enjoy!
