This is an amazing Slow Cooker meal with all our favourites in one! It’s packed with bacon, chicken, and melted cheese. A super easy recipe to whip up that requires just five ingredients. Not to mention, this is also low-carb and keto-friendly!
If you want a simple meal that you can prep in minutes, this is it! Simply dump all the ingredients in your slow cooker except for the bacon and green onions and leave. When the time is up, all you need to do is shred the chicken, sprinkle the cheese over the chicken, and allow it to melt. Easy peasy, right? This keto and low-carb slow cooker dish are perfect as a meal itself or appetizer. You can even enjoy it by itself!
Ingredients
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
How to make Slow Cooker Ranch Crack Chicken
Step 1: Using nonstick cooking spray, grease your slow cooker. Add the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with the Ranch seasoning and top with cream cheese slices.
Step 2: Cover your slow cooker and set the chicken to cook for 6 hours on a low setting.
Step 3: When the time is up, shred the chicken using two forks. Stir well to mix it with the cream cheese.
Step 4: Sprinkle with shredded cheddar on top. Put the lid back on allowing the cheese to melt.
Step 5: Before serving, sprinkle the ranch crack chicken with bacon and some sliced green onions. Enjoy!
