The best combination of sweet and salty peanut butter, the cookies baked in a pan are amazing, the recipe is easy to produce, and feeding a crowd without the hastening of portioning each spoonful of dough. Our childhood lunch-lady had all the tricks to treat a hungry crowd so that with our Peanut Butter Lady Cookie Bars, we took some inspiration from her.
If picking up something from the grocery store is the usual take-out dessert in your home, we recommend you try some homemade cookie bars. Of course, store-bought treats take some of the entertaining pressure off, but you may never turn back when you see how easy this is. Although we normally turn to something sweet, whatever the flavor, we love a good sheet pan cookie.
