This recipe for cobbler is old but gold! I remember my Grandma used to make this when I was a little kid. Oh, man, you should have seen her worked around the kitchen. She was a wizard! Ingredients:
For peaches:
6–8 fresh yellow peaches, sliced
½ c sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ c butter, diced
For cobbler topping:
½ c butter, melted
¾ c sugar
1 c all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large baking dish, add the peaches, cinnamon, butter, and sugar.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, melted butter, baking powder, cinnamon, all-purpose flour, and salt. Stir until well mixed and turns into a dough.
Step 4: Add the batter over the cobbler and spread it evenly.
Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let the cobbler sit at room temperature to cool.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!

This cobbler is best served with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
