Nothing will beat these Cheesecake Cookie Bars! To this day, they are still the best treats I have ever tasted! With these very easy steps, you will surely have the best time today! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
2 c all-purpose flour
1 c chopped walnuts
⅔ c butter
⅔ c brown sugar
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
½ c white sugar
2 Eggs
¼ c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add butter, walnuts, flour, and brown sugar. Beat until well combined.
Spread 1/2 of the crust mixture into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until it turns brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Add white sugar and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
Spread the mixture over the crust.
Sprinkle the rest of the crust mixture over the egg mixture.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
