This Breakfast Sausage Casserole is a staple at home not only during Christmas but all year round! This casserole makes our breakfast extra special!
I love that I can assemble this casserole the night before as it makes life so much easier. In the morning, just pop this in the oven and viola! You have a merry meal just in time for breakfast. Pair this Breakfast Sausage Casserole with a light side such as yoghurt or some fresh fruits. But this casserole is super filling on its own, so you can just serve this by itself. If you have any leftovers, keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days and just reheat in the oven or microwave until warm. Also, if you are looking for a freezer-friendly meal, this casserole is a perfect option! After baking the casserole, let it cool completely, and freezer for up to 3 months.
