Ingredients:
8 slices bacon
Cooking spray, for pan
8 Eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons dried onion
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/4 cup milk
4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
10 mini bagels, halved
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Freshly ground black pepper
kosher salt
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a large baking dish.
Add milk and eggs into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the bacon slices and cook until brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.
Leave 1 tbsp of bacon grease in the skillet and discard the rest. Reduce the heat down to medium-low.
Add the egg mixture into the hot skillet, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and chives to taste.
Stir and cook until done, then remove the skillet from the stove.
Brush each bagel half with cream cheese.
Arrange them into the prepared baking dish.
Add the egg mixture on top of the bagels and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the bagels.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese over the bacon.
Brush melted butter on top of the bagels.
Top each with granulated garlic, sesame seeds, dried onions, and poppy seeds.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
Remove from the oven and let the sliders rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
